Women’s Fitness Class

Dunamis trainers are in your corner. We believe in helping to shape your body as well as your mindset toward healthy living. Our women’s fitness class focuses on the whole body through customized and hand tailored training. Whether you are trying to lose weight, tone up, improve athletic performance, or simply build a healthier lifestyle our classes will get you there. Woman’s fitness is taught Monday – Saturday.

Adults Jiujitsu

Brazilian Jiujitsu is not just about being on the mat nor is it just about learning proper fighting techniques. To learn and study the martial art is also a teaching for every day living. No matter what age, shape, or stage of mobility this sport is for everyone. Our classes are inclusive and train and develop skills for all levels of athleticism.

Jiujitsu for Kids

A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training session is so much more than a sport; it’s a gateway into an unmatched community. Through the martial art, kids will develop confidence, focus their energy, and grow within a culture of respect and discipline.

Additionally, students will gain the knowledge and skills to defend themselves. But most importantly, studying with Dunamis is a great place to make friends and have fun.

Women’s Self Defense

Our goal at Dunamis is to create an environment where people can feel confident about themselves. Our self-defense class teaches women how to respond to threats by being aware of their surroundings and personal space. By doing so, one is able to engage in the world from a position of strength and security.
